01 · Services
What services does Rapid Roadlines offer?
Three: FTL (full truckload), ODC (over-dimensional cargo) and EXIM (port and border-linked transport). One standard across all three.
Which vehicle types are available for FTL?
LCV, 32 ft MXL, 32 MT trailer, 42 MT trailer, 20 ft trailer, 40 ft trailer, Semi low-bed trailer, Flat bed trailer — 8 types across 28 states, matched to cargo and lane.
Can you move over-dimensional (ODC) cargo?
Yes — feasibility-first: a load study, route and trailer matching (low-bed, semi low-bed, flat bed), then placement. The move is designed before it's booked.
Do you handle export–import (EXIM) movement?
Yes — port-linked transport through Kolkata, Haldia, Paradeep, door delivery to and from the ports, and cross-border movement support for Nepal, Bhutan, Bangladesh.
Which industries does Rapid serve?
Iron & Steel (the core sector), Cement & Building Materials, Paper & Pulp, Plastics & Granules, and general industrial and engineering cargo.
Does Rapid own its fleet?
Rapid runs an asset-light coordination model — the right vehicle for the cargo, sourced and managed on named corridors rather than limited to a fixed owned fleet.
02 · Routes & network
Which routes does Rapid cover?
Four named corridors — Eastern Corridor, East West Corridor, East North Corridor, East South Corridor — out of the West Bengal office network, reaching Central, Western, Northern and Southern India plus the Northeast and cross-border lanes.
What are the flagship routes?
Eight, all starting in West Bengal: to Gujarat, Maharashtra, Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Haryana, Punjab and Assam — each documented on its own route page.
Do you serve the Northeast?
Yes — the Eastern corridor runs Siliguri to Guwahati and onward to Shillong, Agartala, Imphal, Itanagar and Dibrugarh, with Guwahati as the main hub.
Do you cross borders?
Nepal, Bhutan and Bangladesh are served on the Eastern corridor — Kathmandu, Thimphu and Dhaka are on the corridor's own city list.
Does Hyderabad have its own network?
Yes — Hyderabad is an anchor office with its own regional reach toward Bengaluru, Chennai, Vijayawada and Visakhapatnam on the East South corridor.
03 · Quotes & booking
How fast can I get a transport quote?
Within 1 hour on business days. Send your route, cargo and vehicle requirement on WhatsApp and the team responds with a working quote.
What details do you need for a quote?
Route (origin and destination), cargo description, vehicle type if known, and the loading date. The quote form on the contact page pre-fills exactly this.
How quickly can a vehicle be placed?
On flagship corridors, placement happens within 12 to 24 hours of confirmation.
Is there an online booking system?
Deliberately not — quotes and bookings run through WhatsApp and phone, person to person, because industrial cargo rarely fits a dropdown.
04 · Tracking & visibility
How do I track my shipment?
Through SIM-based tracking on the moving vehicle, backed by 24/7 visibility support from the Rapid team.
Will I have to chase the driver for a location?
No — the visibility desk answers round the clock. You ask Rapid, not the driver.
Is tracking available on every service?
Yes — FTL, ODC and the road leg of EXIM moves all run with the same SIM-based tracking.
05 · Contact & offices

Anchor offices in Kolkata and Hyderabad, with on-ground support points at Kharagpur, Durgapur and Haldia.
